Meet Stephen, the creator of one of my favorite new food blogs, Sauté + Rosé. We met a few weeks ago at our gym, Midwest Strength + Performance (full review here). After seeing the mouthwatering content he creates for #MSPEats and chatting with him, I knew we had to team up. The other day I sat down with Stephen and he prepared one of the best meals I've had in my life- I know bold statement, but y'all need to try his recipes. They're simply amazing! Y'all have been asking if I can include more recipes and food related articles on the blog and if I'm being honest, I'm much better at eating food than preparing it. Here's where Stephen comes into play. "In The Kitchen With Sauté + Rosé" is our series where Stephen is going to show us how we can make meal prep more fun and easy throughout the week. Stephen was born in New Mexico but grew up in Chicago. Food has always been central to his being. After falling more and more in love with food, he decided to embark on the adventure of sharing his passions with the world, and Sauté + Rosé was born. The combination of wit, recipes, drinks, and Stephen's unique view on life, translates into his food. Follow along to keep up with his latest creations.

He is naturally a platinum blonde
Stephen loves squirrels. He thinks they’re God’s gift to the world- second only to dogs and truffles (which are tied for first)
His personal hero is Barbe-Nicole Clicquot, the worlds first international businesswoman
Stephen's simple pleasures in life are clean sheets, good fries, and iced coffee
His favorite soap is Lemon Verbena from l’Occitane
Hands down, his favorite food is pizza
